Toyota will wait until Tuesday before deciding whether or not Timo Glock will return to the cockpit for this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The German was forced to miss the race in Brazil as the result of a fractured vertebra he suffered in his Japanese Grand Prix qualifying accident. He was replaced at Interlagos by Kamui Kobayashi.
Although initial medical reports indicated Glock would not be fit in time for the final race of the season, the team is still hopeful that he will have made enough of a recovery to be back in action.
If Glock is not fit, then Kobayashi will almost certainly race again - having impressed the team with his pace throughout the Brazil weekend.
