The official verdict of N.Technology's legal action against Formula 1's ruling body, the FIA, will be made public later this week.
N.Technology had filed legal action against the FIA earlier this year as it believed there had been irregularities in the selection process for next teams for the 2010 season.
N.Technology's case was heard in Paris last month, and although AUTOSPORT understands all of team's claims have been rejected, the official verdict will not be released until later this week.
The Italian team squad was hoping to get one of the slots available for next year, but the FIA awarded them to Campos Meta, US F1 and Manor Grand Prix.
N.Technology withdrew its application after what it branded as a "highly questionable process" by the FIA.
AUTOSPORT contacted the FIA for comment, but the governing body declined to do so until after the official verdict is made public.
